Sta - In Living Colour - out to download on Monday!
Listen to the tracks on the site now and download from our shop and your other favourites from Monday. ‘In Living Colour’ has the perfect balance of driving club energy
and pop aesthetics. ‘Sex’ is a much different tempo, drawing on
heavy Baile-funk influences, this is ghetto pop made for the
dancefloor and it sounds heavy. Rounding off the EP is a remix of
the A Side by Turbo’s DIM who brings a slightly dirtier feel to
the proceedings. All thriller, no filler!
Vinyl is out 25th Feb but you can pre-order on the site here.
Also check his January mixtape which is our latest podcast (tracklisting on Myspace)

Alex Metric - In Your Machine EP - listen now!
You can listen to Alex's next release on Marine Parade on the website here. It’s classic Metric material—all slip ‘n slide synth squelch, rubbery robot bass lines, but the addition of his melodic, indie-influenced vocals sends the catchiness factor through the roof. He calls its combination of e-talking live bass and dirty yet soaring chords “neo euphoric 80's glitch pop.” “Think inescapable hooks, so catchy you can’t get them out of your head, via modern production with an ‘80's twist,” he explains. “I’ve found the weirder the ideas get, the better they turn out.”
The EP will be released early in March.
Artist News
The Adam Freeland HATE EP is still available from the shop on vinyl and download. It's been getting rave reviews which you can read here. Both Adam and Evil 9 are still busy in their respective studios finishing their second albums. You can hear Ad's unreleased mix of Marilyn Manson on his myspace, and head to the Evils' space for their recent UNKLE mix.
Alex Metric has just been named as Best Remixer of 2007 by Eddy Temple Morris, following in the footsteps of Jacques Le Cont, Phones, Jagz Kooner and Unkle.
