Stone Lions - Snow Over ArizonaWe are proud to announce the signing of a new artist Stone Lions. Stone Lions is the first solo project from world respected producer Damian Taylor (not to be confused with German wonderkid Daniel Taylor). Damian was deeply involved in the last Prodigy and Freeland albums and is currently co-producing the new Freeland album with Adam. His debut as Stone Lions, Snow Over Arizona, is a deep rolling musical masterpiece and very true to the original Marine Parade sound, ala 9 Nickel. The dub mix is a heavy soundsystem onslaught designed with Adam's Fabric sets in mind. Watch this space for release date. Adam FreelandAlso look out for Adam Freeland remixes of UK band Protocol's "She Waits For Me" (Original Thumprock Mix and Fabric Dub Mix), And his mix of B-Movie's "No Where Girl" - both BIG tunes. Plus, Adam's Back to Mine is available now through the Marine Parade Shop. News Adam let off steam at the Love Planet Festival in Czech Repuplic, and some breaks purists are outraged, poor little things. What does he have to say about it? "Well the comments that I was late, I was drunk on tequila, I fluffed all the mixes and pulled the decks off the console are simply untrue. The truth is I came on stage as soon as they had set up the decks after Stereo MC's, I was drunk on Vodka (Tequila is horrible stuff and hey its my Saturday night too), I only fluffed the first mix and it was only the mixer I pulled off the console while running round the stage like a madman, having forgotten my headphones were still plugged in! But the music didn't stop, several thousand people had a great night and so did I. The flight home wasn't so fun. But judging from the huge response I had round the world from those pictures, I think im gonna take up drinking heavily more often. I'd like to apologise to the ten purists who prefer their DJ heads down and very serious, and thank the several thousand who had a great night with me." Ad also rocked some amazing sold out shows in Argentina and Uruguay, and spread the love in Beijing, Shengdu and Shanghai in China (pics here). When not rocking the planet he is hiding in the studio in Brighton with Damian Taylor and friends, working on the new Freeland album.  Evil NineEvil Nine are happily back in Studio after a successful US tour where they were rolling around on a bus supporting Carl Cox.
